What an availability request contains

An opaque request reference.
A broad location, contract theme and legal-level classification.
The person’s selected instruction, timing band and whether a contract file exists.
Recorded consent to availability outreach and acknowledgement of how we make money.

The person’s identity, contact details, free text, summary and original contract are not sent. A firm responds through a single-use, expiring link. If it is available, the person—not the firm—receives the next step.

Firm controls

A route can be restricted by country, state, province or territory and by contract topic. Firms remain responsible for licensing, conflicts, privacy, engagement terms, advice and service delivery. Routes can be paused without changing the public site.

Programme status

Pilot routes are enabled only after the firm is claimed, verified, opted in and given a working delivery channel. Public research contacts never become routable automatically.
