Service
Contract Review AI provides a free, automated tool that arranges user-supplied information into a contract summary and may check an optional lawyer directory. The service can be changed, limited or withdrawn, including when daily computing capacity is unavailable.
Who may use it
You must be able to agree to these terms where you live. Do not upload material you are not authorised to process. Do not use the service to obtain information about another person improperly, evade a duty, harass, automate bulk requests, test malware or interfere with the service.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for checking the summary, protecting sensitive information and obtaining appropriate professional advice. Do not rely on the service for a deadline, emergency or decision with legal or financial consequences.
No warranties
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, suitable for a purpose or available in a particular region. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Lawyers
Lawyers are independent. Their availability, conflict checks, pricing, advice, services and professional duties are their own. Contract Review AI is not a party to an engagement between you and a lawyer.
How we are paid
Lawyers may pay a fixed listing or enquiry-access fee. Contract Review AI does not take a percentage of your legal fees. Commercial payment does not guarantee a match or improve a lawyer’s place in matching.
Coverage alerts
A coverage alert is optional and does not promise that a provider will become available, accept a request or offer a particular service or price. You may keep and use the generated summary without joining an alert.
Changes
Material changes will be shown by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to the later use, subject to applicable law.
