Service
Contract Review AI provides a free, automated tool that arranges user-supplied information into a contract change brief and may check an optional partner-firm roster. The service can be changed, limited or withdrawn, including when daily computing capacity is unavailable.
Who may use it
You must be able to agree to these terms where you live. Do not upload material you are not authorised to process. Do not use the service to obtain information about another person improperly, evade a duty, harass, automate bulk requests, test malware or interfere with the service.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for checking the brief, protecting sensitive information and obtaining appropriate professional advice. Do not rely on the service for a deadline, emergency or decision with legal or financial consequences.
No warranties
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, suitable for a purpose or available in a particular region. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Partner firms
Firms are independent. Their availability, conflict checks, pricing, advice, services and professional duties are their own. Contract Review AI is not a party to an engagement between you and a firm.
Changes
Material changes will be shown by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to the later use, subject to applicable law.
