Information processed for a summary

We process the concern you type, an optional voice recording and an optional contract file. Location is requested only if you later ask us to find a lawyer. Avoid including government identifiers, bank details, passwords, medical records or information unrelated to the contract question.

How the information is used

Voice is converted to text. Documents are converted to readable text. That material is passed to Cloudflare Workers AI to create the summary you requested. Cloudflare describes those inputs and outputs as customer content and says it does not use them to train or improve AI models without explicit consent. Storage and logs

The application does not write recordings, uploaded documents, extracted contract text or your original concern to a database. Your summary appears in the browser immediately. If you ask for an emailed copy, the generated summary and your email are stored in encrypted form. The private email link contains a random secret; the database stores only its hash. Opening the link decrypts the summary for your browser. The link expires after 24 hours, and expired records are removed during routine cleanup.

Operational logs record events such as a completed analysis, whether a file was provided, contract topic and error type; they are designed not to contain contract text, the generated summary or contact details.

First-party service measurement

The site records a browser-session identifier and limited events such as starting the form, creating a summary, looking for a lawyer, finding or not finding a match, and consenting to contact. An event may include what the contract is about, the location you entered and the page path. It does not include your contract, concern, summary, name, email, phone number or IP address. These records are kept for up to 13 months to measure the service funnel and unmet demand. The site does not use advertising cookies.

Optional coverage alerts

If no lawyer is available, you may ask to be notified when one covers your location and contract type. The service stores the location, contract type, source page, consent version and an encrypted form of your email address. A keyed fingerprint prevents duplicate requests without storing a searchable plain-text email. The contract, concern and summary are not stored with the request. Coverage requests expire after 12 months unless they are replaced, fulfilled or withdrawn sooner.

Optional lawyer contact

The site first checks whether verified firms cover your location, contract type and the kind of help you selected. It may also use a budget preference that you state. It does not treat the value of a contract, rent, debt or damages as your legal budget. If you ask us to check availability, up to three firms receive only a broad location, contract type, timing band, whether a file exists, your selected instruction and budget band. They do not receive your name, email, phone number, contract, generated summary or free-text concern.

Your email is encrypted while the request is open. If a firm confirms availability, we may use it to tell you the firm’s name and website. Your identity still is not revealed to the firm; contacting it remains your choice. Pilot requests expire after 72 hours.

When no verified firm can receive the request, the site may show firms found through public research. These are unverified candidates, not endorsements. Their public email addresses are not displayed, they are not contacted, and no information about you is shared.

Processors and international handling

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, document conversion, transcription, AI inference and optional email delivery. Verified firms receive blind availability alerts only when selected by the matching rules and authorised by you. Internet services may process information outside the place where you live.

Your choices

• Use typed text instead of voice.
• Paste only the relevant clause instead of uploading a document.
• Download the summary without asking us to find a lawyer.
• Decline a coverage alert; it is never required to keep the summary.
• Decline lawyer outreach or acknowledgement of how the service is paid.

Privacy requests

Source documents and original concerns are not retained. Private summary links expire after 24 hours, and expired encrypted records are removed during routine cleanup. Coverage emails will include a withdrawal method. A public privacy-request address and the operating entity’s legal name must be published before lawyer-contact routes or coverage emails are activated.
